Dual Monitor is small but very useful tool that allows you to extend the Windows taskbar in case of using a secondary monitor, because the desktop extension feature extends the desktop working area but doesn't extend the taskbar to the second monitor.
So with this tool you will have an extended Windows taskbar with the buttons of the open windows which are shown on the secondary monitor; it will also contain the system tray icons, date, hour and the "Show desktop" button as in the main screen. The only thing that is not included on the secondary taskbar is the Start Menu button. But if you open the taskbar's properties window you will be able to change this and other parameters: you can show or hide labels, the clock; show buttons on both taskbars; use small buttons; auto hide the taskbar; change the taskbar location on the screen; automatically start with Windows; show the start button; and use a custom font. Also in the properties on the Windows Manager tab you can create rules for specific program windows.
